WHAT

Is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is an advanced finishing process that applies a decorative and protective coating to metal surfaces.
Once the surface is properly pre-treated, we apply high-quality powder coatings from Dulux & Interpon using an advanced electrostatic spraying technique.
How Powder Coating Works:
  • Electrostatic Application – Finely ground powder is sprayed
    onto the item, electrically charging the particles so
    they adhere evenly
  • Oven Curing at 180–200°C – The item is heated in an industrial oven, causing the powder to melt and fuse into a smooth, even coating.
  • Cooling & Inspection – Once cooled, the item is carefully checked for quality and consistency before being ready for use.
Unlike traditional paint, powder coating is instantly dry and ready to handle, with no drips, runs, or solvent fumes.
